Project 2025 is not theory. It’s a blueprint that has already weakened norms, diminished accountability, and pushed power toward the presidency at the expense of everyday Americans.
Project 2027 is my framework for real congressional action — to block further erosion, roll back harm already done, and protect the freedoms and fairness that make America strong.
1. Defending the Civil Service and Independent Institutions
Trump’s Threat
Trump and his allies have already moved to weaken career civil service protections and replace nonpartisan professionals with political loyalists through Schedule F. Project 2025 is designed to make this permanent, putting political loyalty above public service.
My Plan
I am running to fight for a permanent ban on Schedule F-style classifications. I will work to strengthen protections for whistleblowers, inspectors general, and federal scientists, and push to reinforce the independence of the Office of Special Counsel.

2. Preserving the Rule of Law and DOJ Independence
Trump’s Threat
The independence of the Department of Justice has already been tested through political pressure, public attacks on prosecutors, and efforts to undermine impartial enforcement of the law. Project 2025 seeks to formalize political control over federal law enforcement.
My Plan
I am running to fight for clear legal protections that safeguard DOJ independence. I will work to advance legislation that blocks political interference and push for strong congressional oversight when justice is abused for political ends.

Trump’s Threat
Executive power has already been stretched beyond constitutional guardrails through abuse of emergency powers, disregard for oversight, and erosion of checks and balances. Project 2025 aims to lock in that concentration of power.

I am running to fight for federal protections for reproductive freedom. I will work to codify Roe v. Wade, protect access to contraception and IVF, and expand family planning services.
